The lower level provides an additional entertaining space that could be used as a playroom, media room or additional guest quarters (with a pull out bed). As a summer resident of Salisbury, you have access to Lakeville Lake including swimming, basketball, playground. Spend your days exploring nearby Great Barrington, Sharon, Salisbury, and Millerton. Head to Tanglewood on the weekends for unbelievable live performances or to nearby Sharon Playhouse for local theatre. All utilities included.
