This historic 115-acre estate has a private 12-acre lake entirely on the property and sits on Talcott Mountain at the highest point in Avon CT. With sweeping majestic views of the Farmington Valley and the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, Montevideo is simply magnificent! The main residence, rebuilt in 1991, is situated around mature trees and affords eastern views of the lake and western views of the valley.
